Confirmation of receipt

Once you have submitted your application(s), you will receive a confirmation stating that we have received your application through the application portal. The confirmation will appear under the tab "Messages" in the application portal. If you do not receive it, please check your spam filter.

Reply dates

Commencement of studies August/September 2024

Early/Mid March

  • Non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizens receive a (conditional) admission or rejection letter – or a status letter if a final decision cannot be made at this point. Scholarship letters or notice of tuition fee payment are sent out simultaneously.

1 May - 10 June

  • All EU/EEA/Swiss/Nordic/Danish applicants will receive one of the following letters: Conditional admission letter, Admission letter or rejection letter.
    Where possible, letters may be sent out earlier.

2nd round applicants

  • Replies will be sent out continuously to applicants who have applied in the 2nd round of admissions.

Commencement of studies January/February 2024

Late October (date to be announced)

  • Non-EU/EFA/Swiss applicants will receive a letter of (conditional) admission or rejection.
  • Non-EU/EFA/Swiss applicants who are also offered a scholarship will receive a scholarship letter along with their offer of admission.

Early November

  • An invoice is sent out to all non-EU/EEA applicants who are liable to pay tuition fees.

10 December (at the latest)

  • In the period 1 – 10 December, EU/EEA/Swiss/Danish applicants who have applied not later than 15 October will receive a letter of (conditional) admission or rejection.

2nd round applicants

  • Replies will be sent out continuously to applicants who have applied in the 2nd round of admissions.

Letters of admission and rejection

  • Conditional admission letter: If you are academically qualified for admission except for the completion of your Bachelor's degree and fulfilment of our language requirement, you will receive a letter of conditional admission. You still need to upload final documentation.
  • Admission letter: If you are unconditionally qualified for admission, you will receive a letter of admission, and you are not required to upload any further documentation regarding your academic or language qualifications.
  • Invoice (fee-paying students): After accepting the (conditional) admission offer, non-EU/EEA/Swiss applicants who are liable to pay tuition fees will receive an invoice by email.
  • Scholarship letter: Scholarship letters are sent out along with the (conditional) admission letters to those non-EU/EEA/Swiss applicants who are awarded a tuition waiver/scholarship.
  • Rejection letter: Rejection letters are sent out to applicants who do not meet the academic requirements for any of the programmes they have applied for.
