In this Application Timeline you can find an overview of all deadlines and important - from when the Application portal first opens and until you start your classes at Aarhus University.
If you are unable to submit all the required documentation by the application deadline, you must submit final documentation by the documentation deadlines listed below.
You will also be able to find information about payment of tuition fees and when to apply for your Student Residence Permit (ST1).
The deadline to document your English language proficiency will be: September 15
The online application portal opens
Application deadline: Apply by midnight CET
Reply to your application
Documentation deadline: Upload national ID
Acceptance deadline: Log in and accept your (conditional) offer

Pay your tuition fees
Once you have accepted your (conditional) offer, you will receive a tuition fee invoice.
Because your ST1 application form can only be issued once you have paid your tuition fees, we recommend that you do this as soon as possible.

Apply for Student Residence Permit (ST1 )
Once you have accepted your (conditional) offer and paid your tuition fees, you will receive your Student residence permit application form.
Documentation deadline: Upload Bachelor’s diploma
Documentation deadline: Upload completed Employment form (Work-integrated programmes only)
Enrolment: Once enrolled you will have access to AU's IT systems and services.
