In this Application Timeline you can find an overview of all deadlines and important - from when the application portal first opens and until you start your classes at Aarhus University.
If you are unable to submit all the required documentation by the application deadline, you must submit final documentation by the documentation deadlines listed below.
The deadline to document your English language proficiency will be: October 15
The online application portal opens
Application deadline: Apply by midnight CET
Reply to your application
You will receive one of the following letters:
Documentation deadline: Upload national ID
Acceptance deadline: Log in and accept your offer
Enrolment: Once enrolled you will have access to AU's IT systems and services.
Documentation deadline: Upload English language test results
Documentation deadline: Upload completed Employment form (Work-integrated programmes only)
AU Intro Days for international students
First day of class: Late January or early February
Documentation deadline: Upload Bachelor’s diploma
